Shipping Schedule and Delivery Timeframe Expectations (USA):
As a humble and growing company we are utilizing UPS’/USPS’ scheduled package pick-up service on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to ensure consistency throughout our logistics process.
What does this mean for you?
This means that you can expect your package to leave our facility on the next scheduled pick-up following your payment completion. e.g. if you place your order and complete payment on any given Tuesday, you can expect your package to leave our facility on the next Wednesday. If you place your purchase on any given Wednesday and complete payment before the pick-up time, you can expect your order to ship the same day; however, if you complete payment after the cut-off time you can expect your order to ship on the following Friday.
Having you receive your order in pristine condition while being both discretely and safely shipped are of our highest priority.

No Codes needed, just place your order and choose Free Shipping at check-out.
*Free shipping includes free economy based shipping with tracking included and generally delivers in 5-7 business days. If you need your items quicker, please choose a paid shipping method at checkout that suites your needs.
Back Orders:
Back orders do occur in rare instances and when they do items will be shipped out in chronological order according to order number/the date the order was placed. You will not be charged for the shipping and handling of back-ordered items.
If a back order occurs during your order then you can expect to see the back-ordered items reflected on your shipment’s invoice/packing slip when your order arrives.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number included when your back-ordered goods ship.
If the item cannot be fulfilled or if the item’s shipment will take longer than 7 business days to fulfill, we will contact you for replacement good(s), store credit, or a partial-refund.
Notice of Responsibility:
By purchasing from Our Remedies, LLC you affirm that once the package leaves our possession it is up to the courier service to fulfill its shipment (basic insurance is included with most shipments and is provided by USPS/UPS themselves. Please see their respective company policies on included insurance).
We are not responsible for inclement weather or any other unforeseeable delays in shipment.
WHOLESALE - Domestic Orders (USA):
Wholesale customers will see shipping options available to them based on their exact location, the weight and dimensions of their package, and the current live rates provided directly by the courier (UPS/USPS).
Online wholesale orders can be placed for all domestic shipments that do not require freight.
Simply select the method and speed in which you desire to receive your package.
