Although we cannot give legal advice, whether or not CBD is legal in your state greatly depends on where you reside.
Just because a new bill for Industrial Hemp passed in 2018 and Federally legalized CBD from Hemp, this does not mean that every state accepts CBD or takes advantage of the opportunities set forth in the 2018 Farm Bill.
Due to current State law we cannot sell products to customers in Idaho or South Dakota. Please reach out to your congressperson by Clicking Here (https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative) and ask them to legalize CBD in your respective state.
No. According to our current understanding of biology and biochemistry, Cannabidiol (CBD) is non-psychoactive and does not give the user any experience of a high or altered sense of perception. CBD counteracts any of the high that would or could be felt from the trace amounts of Delta-9 THC present in some hemp products (less than 0.3% by law).
All of our CBD products are derived from industrial hemp and not marijuana.
Technically, no CBD products are approved by the FDA because CBD is not approved for use as an additive in food goods or as an ingredient in supplements due to clinical trials having been conducted on CBD by a pharmaceutical company for use as a drug (classifying CBD as an approved ingredient for drugs). However, all of our facilities follow strict FDA standards for food and supplement production including applicable ISO and cGMP methods.
Be wary of any CBD brand or retailer who claims their CBD product is FDA approved as that is not currently possible given the FDA’s stance on the substance.

Therefore it is vital that you purchase your Hemp and CBD products from a reliable and trustworthy source that doesn't make false claims or try to sell CBD to you as a drug or drug alternative. Be weary of brands and companies that make health claims about their products as this is not legal under FDA Federal Rulings.
The FDA does in fact regulate CBD; however, they are not currently enforcing their regulations/rulings.
Yes. All of our products are produced with the highest standards for quality and safety and this includes partnering with facilities that fully comprehend and implement ISO9001 and cGMP standards throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Our products are tested for potency, safety, and efficiency.
- All of our products are tested for potency/compliance (cannabinoid content).
- Some of our products undergo special testing for terpene profiles, microbial and fungal life, residual solvents, heavy metals and/or pesticides as well (depending on product and manufacturing methods used).
- All of our products undergo intensive testing from unbiased third-party laboratories that are fully registered and compliant for operations in the United States of America.
We choose to use Florida-based lab Botanica, an unbiased 3rd-party, for all of our testing needs.
All of our in-house products are derived from American Grown Industrial Hemp that is Federally and State Compliant and registered with the State Department of Agriculture in which it is grown.
We currently work with a private network of farmers in Colorado, California, Oregon, Kentucky, and New York.
We work directly with farms and laboratories that cultivate and extract industrial hemp exclusively.
Most of our in-house branded products are made using 100% locally grown hemp from New York farms.
Most likely no; however, we cannot guarantee that our products will not cause a positive result for THC due to the legal limit of 0.3% that may be present in our products (particularly Full-Spectrum products). We do have THC-Free products made with CBD Isolate or Broad-Spectrum Distillate so read our product descriptions carefully.
For obvious legal reasons, we cannot guarantee that our products will not cause the user to get a positive result for THC on a drug test given the small trace amounts that can be present in our Industrial Hemp based products (less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry-weight).
